Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to court bookings and services at Tennis Social. By making a booking on the platform, users agree to the conditions stated below.
User-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a 100 percent refund, credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours and 8 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a 50 percent refund, credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
- Cancellations made within 8 hours of the booked slot are not eligible for any refund.
Facility-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that a session is cancelled by Tennis Social due to rain, power failure, or other unavoidable circumstances, or if play is interrupted for more than 30 minutes and cannot continue, a 100 percent refund of the court fee will be credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
Important Notes
- All refunds are processed as wallet credits only.
- Refunds are not issued in cash or transferred back to bank accounts.
- Late arrivals will not be eligible for time extensions or refunds.
Tennis Social reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
