Yes. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior are eligible for a full refund credited to the Tennis Social wallet. Cancellations made between 24 hours and 8 hours prior are eligible for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made within 8 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Enrollment can be initiated by contacting Tennis Social over phone or by filling out the contact form on the website. A trial session is conducted, after which a seat is allotted based on suitability and availability.
The kids coaching program is for children aged 6 to 14 years. Private coaching is available for players of all age groups, subject to availability.
No. The coaching program is designed for both beginners and children with prior playing experience.
Players coordinate directly with the in-house coach regarding availability and coaching fees. The court is booked separately through the website. Private coaching fees are paid directly to the coach, while court rental charges are payable to Tennis Social.
For sessions with a coach, a maximum of four players plus one coach is permitted. For recreational play, up to four players are allowed on the court at a time.
Players must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes while using the court. Food items, beverages, and glass bottles are not allowed inside the tennis court.
If a session is interrupted due to rain or power failure and play cannot continue for more than 30 minutes, a full refund of the court fee will be credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
