These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tennis Social website, facilities, and services. By accessing the platform or making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
Booking and Access
- All court bookings are subject to availability and must be made through the Tennis Social website.
- Users are responsible for arriving on time and adhering to their allotted booking duration.
- Tennis Social reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in case of policy violations.
Payments
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
- Prices and schedules may be updated from time to time.
Use of Facility and Conduct
- Users must follow all court rules, usage guidelines, and safety instructions.
- Only permitted players may enter the court area during a session.
- Any misuse of the facility or damage to property may result in suspension of access without refund.
Personal Belongings
- Tennis Social is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Users are advised to take care of their personal items at all times.
Health and Safety
- Use of the facility and participation in any activity is entirely at the user’s own risk.
- Tennis Social is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, health issues, or medical conditions arising during play, training, or use of the facility.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically able to participate.
Policy Acceptance
- By completing a booking, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Acceptance of these terms is mandatory to proceed with any booking on the platform.
Changes to Terms
Tennis Social reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Usage Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable and well-managed playing environment, the following usage guidelines apply to all court bookings:
- For hourly rental sessions conducted with a coach, a maximum of four players plus one coach is permitted per session.
- For recreational play, up to four players are allowed on the court at any given time.
- Only players are permitted inside the tennis court area. Non-players are not allowed within the court premises.
- Non-marking sports shoes are mandatory for all players. Entry without appropriate footwear is not permitted.
- Shoes must be worn at all times while using the court.
- Food items, beverages, and glass bottles are not allowed inside the tennis court.
- All users must adhere strictly to their allotted booking time and vacate the court at the end of their booked session.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
User-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a 100 percent refund, credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
- Cancellations made between 24 hours and 8 hours prior to the booked slot are eligible for a 50 percent refund, credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
- Cancellations made within 8 hours of the booked slot are not eligible for any refund.
Facility-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that a session is cancelled by Tennis Social due to rain or power failure, or if play is interrupted for more than 30 minutes, a 100 percent refund of the court fee will be credited to the Tennis Social wallet.
